The Company would like to inform investors that in respect of the related party transactions as set out in paragraph (a) on pages 82 and 83 of the Annual Report which also constitute connected transactions or continuing connected transactions (as defined in Chapter 14A of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules")), the Company has complied with the applicable disclosure requirements under Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules.
