CA Immobilien Anlagen AG ('CA Immo') announces the launch of an accelerated bookbuild offering to institutional investors of 4,483,453 shares in IMMOFINANZ AG ('IMMOFINANZ') held within the CA Immo Group representing approximately 4.0% of IMMOFINANZ' issued share capital.

The intended transaction is in line with CA Immo's stated objective to dispose non-strategic investments. It is expected that CA Immo will not hold any shares in IMMOFINANZ following the Offering.

UBS is acting as Sole Bookrunner for the transaction.
