Confirmation of Director Appointment Date

Dublin/London, 2 April 2019:Further to the announcement on 7 February 2019, Cairn Homes plc ('Cairn', the 'Company' or the 'Group') (Euronext Dublin/LSE: CRN), the leading Irish homebuilding company, today confirms that Ms. Linda Hickey will join the Board with effect from 12 April 2019.

Ms. Hickey is a Non-Executive Director of Kingspan Group plc and is Chair of the Irish Blood Transfusion Service.

There are no further disclosures required under paragraph 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority or 6.6.7 (1) to (6) of the Euronext Dublin Listing Rules in respect of the above appointment.
