On January 29, 2020, California Water Service Group issued a press release (a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference) announcing the declaration of an increase in the annual dividend from $0.79 to $0.85. The quarterly dividend of $0.2125 per common share will be payable on February 21, 2020 to stockholders of record on February 10, 2020.
