Canadian Tire voluntarily recalls Mastercraft Multimeter Kit

TORONTO, Dec. 11, 2013/CNW/ - On behalf of the manufacturer, Precision Mastech, Canadian Tire is voluntarily recalling all units of the Mastercraft Multimeter Kit (Product #052-0727) as a precautionary measure due to concerns that the unit may not accurately detect voltage levels, posing a potential safety concern. There have been no reports of injury associated with this product. The affected units were sold between June 2013and November 2013.

Customers who have purchased the recalled product should discontinue use and return it to any Canadian Tire store for a refund.
