On June 29, 2020, Capital One Financial Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the Company's Stress Capital Buffer Requirement, as calculated by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System 2020 Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review process, is 5.6 percent, effective October 1, 2020.
