Atlanta Braves Hall-of-Famer Chipper Jones joins Capital One in the Auto Navigator Garage for a meet & greet showcasing the next generation of car-buying

PLANO, TEXAS, MARCH 18, 2019- Capital One is the presenting sponsor ofCaffeine and Octane, the largest monthly car show in North America,at the Atlanta International Auto Show (AIAS), March 20-24, 2019. The Capital One Auto Navigator Garage will be onsite at the AIAS, offering an immersive experience for attendees to interact withAuto Navigator, a tool developed to bring transparency to the car buying journey. Atlanta Braves Hall of Fame baseball player Chipper Jones will join Capital One in the Auto Navigator Garage on Saturday, March 23, 2019 from 1-3:30 p.m. to discuss how forward leaning immersive technology --such as Auto Navigator --can help consumers with car shopping.

According to a survey commissioned by Capital One, 94 percent of Americans don't find the car buying process to be completely transparent. The same study shows 80 percent of Americans are not confident in the car buying process.

The Capital One Auto Navigator Garage will be open to the public for the duration of the AIAS. The garage will also feature areas to relax and recharge, an interactive 'dream car' exhibit, a hand-built Beck Spyder on display, and the ability to interact with an augmented reality experience, currently available to select Capital One customers through its mobile app. Surrounding the Auto Navigator Garage, Caffeine and Octane will have other exotic cars on display including one vehicle valued at $1.5 Million.
