ANNOUNCEMENT CHANGE OF LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES

Pursuant to Rule 704(11) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, CapitaLand Retail China Trust Management Limited, the manager of CapitaLand Retail China Trust ("CRCT"), wishes to announce that the legal representatives of CapitaRetail Beijing Wangjing Real Estate Co., Ltd. and CapitaRetail Beijing Xizhimen Real Estate Co., Ltd., both wholly owned subsidiaries of CRCT, have been changed from Mr Tan Tze Wooi to Mr Wong Car Wha.

The above change is to allow greater logistical and operational efficiencies of the malls owned by the above wholly owned subsidiaries.
