The Management Board of the CCC S.A. conveys the list of shareholders holding at least 5% of total votes on the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 18 June 2019.

1. Ultro S.a.r.l. (subsidiary undertaking of Dariusz Miłek), 16,520,000 votes (11,060,000 shares), constituted 48.58% of votes on the OGM and 34.55% of the total number of votes,
2. Leszek Gaczorek, 3,030,000 votes (1,990,000 shares), constituted 8.91% votes on the OGM and 6.34% of the total number of votes,
3. NATIONALE-NEDERLANDEN OFE, 3.443.000 votes (3.443.000 shares), constituted 10,12% of votes on the OGM and 7.20% of the total number of votes,
4. Aviva OFE AVIVA SANTANDER, 2,987,000 votes (2,987,000 shares), constituted 8.78% of votes on the OGM and 6.25% of the total number of votes.
