DGAP-News: CENTROTEC Sustainable AG / Key word(s): Personnel CENTROTEC Sustainable AG is restructuring its Management Board Brilon, March 29, 2019: With effect from April 1, 2019 Günther Wühr (58) will take up office as the new Chief Financial Officer of CENTROTEC Sustainable AG. This will separate the Management Board portfolios much more closely in line with functions. Dr Thomas Kneip will take on the Strategy portfolio, while Bernd Pawlik will be in charge of the Operations portfolio. Dr Kneip's divisional responsibility for the Climate Systems segment and those of Mr Pawlik for the Gas Flue Systems segment will remain unchanged. Günther Wühr has been a CENTROTEC Group manager since 2015 in the Finance and Controlling areas. A Business Administration graduate, he has many years of experience as an executive officer in the photovoltaics and biogas industry and as a business manager in the home technology sector. Dr Christoph Traxler leaves the Management Board of CENTROTEC after 15 years with effect from March 31, 2019 but will remain within the Group as Chief Executive Officer of the subsidiary group medimondi AG, where he will continue his successful work for the Medical Technology and Engineering Plastics group division. Brink Climate Systems B.V., which Dr Traxler has also led successfully over the past five years, will from now on be the responsibility of Dr Kneip.
