DGAP-News: CENTROTEC Sustainable AG / Key word(s): Expansion Brilon, May 6, 2019: CENTROTEC Sustainable AG has, via its subsidiary Holmak HEATX B.V. with registered office in Staphorst (NL), acquired the production assets for the manufacturing of counterflow heat exchangers from Klingenburg GmbH with registered office in Gladbeck (DE). Klingenburg will focus in future on manufacturing rotary heat exchangers in Gladbeck. With this takeover, Holmak is adding the entire range of aluminium and plastic counterflow heat exchangers previously supplied by Klingenburg to its product portfolio. This transaction will increase the production capacity of Holmak production plants by 50 percent. The move should result in an increase in Holmak's revenue in the low single digit millions in the current year, then in the medium single digit millions from next year. The plans envisage the first facilities going into operation at the Holmak locations within the third quarter of 2019. CENTROTEC Sustainable AG
