POSITIVE PROFIT ALERT

This announcement is made by Century Sunshine Group Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as the "Group") pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and Inside Information Provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (the "SFO").

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Company would like to inform the shareholders of the Company (the "Shareholders") and potential investors that, based on the preliminary review of the Group's unaudited management accounts for the six months ended 30 June 2018, the earnings of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2018 have increased significantly as compared to the earnings recorded last corresponding period, mainly attributable to the increase in overall production capacity and sales.

The information contained in this announcement is only a preliminary assessment made by the management of the Company based on the unaudited management accounts of the Group, and such information has not been audited or reviewed by the Company's independent auditors.

Details of the Group's performance will be disclosed in the Interim Results of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2018 and which will be announced on 20 August 2018.
