(TSX: CRP) ("Ceres" or the "Company") announced that it will be reporting its fiscal third quarter 2020 financial results and completing the filing of its interim financial statements and related management discussion and analysis ("Required Interim Filings") on Thursday, May 28, 2020. In selecting this date, the Company has relied on an exemption adopted by the Ontario Securities Commission and provided in Ontario Instrument 51-502 entitled "Temporary Exemption from Certain Corporate Finance Requirements" ("CF Blanket Order"), which provides a 45-day filing extension for certain filings required to be made on or before June 1, 2020 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. In accordance with the CF Blanket Order, the Company's management and other insiders are subject to a trading black-out policy until the Required Interim Filings are completed.
