Entrepreneurs for the 40th Anniversary of National Reform and Opening-Up" was announced by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce at a press conference on 24 October 2018. This list was compiled by the United Front Work Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. Mr. Tu Jianhua, Executive Director and controlling shareholder of Chiho Environmental Group Limited, as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Loncin Group Co., Ltd, is a member of this prestigious award.

Together with Mr. Tu Jianhua, there are other outstanding private entrepreneurs including Mr. Jack Ma, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alibaba Group, and Mr. Ma Huateng, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Tencent on the list. This list aims to showcase the exceptional achievements of Chinese private business leaders and their development since the national reform and opening-up, and celebrate the spirit of outstanding private entrepreneurs, so as to foster a healthy environment for improving private entrepreneurs' development and encourage non-public businesses individuals to stay committed to their aspiration and to the national reform. The 100 outstanding private entrepreneurs selected were chosen for their influential role in the development of the national private economy.
