VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT UNUSUAL PRICE MOVEMENT

This announcement is voluntarily made by Chiho Environmental Group Limited (the "Company").

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company has noted today's unusual movement in the price of the shares of the Company. Having made due enquiries as is reasonable in the circumstances, the Board confirms that it is not aware of any reasons for such price movement or of any information which must be announced to avoid a false market in the shares of the Company or of any inside information that needs to be disclosed under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong). The Board confirms that the operations of the Company remain normal.

The Company has also confirmed with its single largest controlling shareholder, USUM Investment Group Hong Kong Limited, that its shareholding in the Company remains unchanged.
