• Notice of publication of (1) Interim Report; (2) Circular of the Company dated 30 September 2019; (3) Notice of 2019 Second Extraordinary General Meeting; (4) Notice of 2019 First H Shareholders' Class Meeting; (5) Form of Proxy for 2019 Second Extraordinary General Meeting; (6) Form of Proxy for 2019 First H Shareholders' Class Meeting; (7) Reply Slip for 2019 Second Extraordinary General Meeting; and (8) Reply Slip for 2019 First H Shareholders' Class Meeting (the Current Corporate Communications)

The English and Chinese versions of the Company's Current Corporate Communications are available on the Company's website at http://www.ccccltd.cn and the HKExnews's website at www.hkexnews.hk, or the arranged printed form(s) of Current Corporate Communications is enclosed (if applicable). You may access the Current Corporate Communications by clicking "Investor Relations" on the home page of our website, then selecting "Announcement (H Share)" and viewing them through Adobe® Reader® or browsing through the HKExnews website.

Shareholders may at any time choose to receive free of charge Corporate Communications (Note) either in printed form, or read the website version; and either in English language version only, Chinese language version only or both language versions, notwithstanding any wish to the contrary they have previously conveyed to the Company.
