Announcement on the Resolution of

the Seventh Meeting of the Board of Directors of 2019

The seventh meeting (the "Meeting") of the board of directors (the "Board") of China Construction Bank Corporation (the "Bank") of 2019 was recently held by way of written resolution. The Bank issued the notice of the Meeting on 10 December 2019 to all directors and received written opinions from all directors before 15 December 2019. The convening of the Meeting complied with the provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the Articles of Association of China Construction Bank Corporation and other relevant rules.

The Proposal for Expanding the Scope of Implementing the Advanced Capital Management Approach was considered and approved at the Meeting.

Voting results: voted in favour: 14 votes, voted against: 0 vote, abstained from voting: 0 vote.
