SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT FOR

DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION

IN RELATION TO PROVISION OF LOAN

Reference is made to the announcement of China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited (the "Company" ) dated 2 January 2020 (the "Announcement" ) in relation to the provision of the Loan by Qingdao Jinmao, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, to the Project Companies. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board, having made all due enquiries, would like to provide the supplemental information on the identities of the ultimate beneficial owners of Hengxin Hechuang (the holding company of the Project Companies) as follows:

Hengxin Hechuang is indirectly owned as to 49.46% and 35% by Haier Group Corporation* (海爾集團公司) and Qingdao Haichuangke Management Consultancy Enterprise (Limited Partnership)* (青島海創客管理諮詢企業(有限合夥)), respectively, and its remaining equity interest is indirectly owned by three Chinese natural persons who are employees of Haier Group Corporation.

Haier Group Corporation, one of the world' s leading white goods home appliance manufacturers, is a collectively-owned enterprise established under the laws of the PRC with its entire interest held by its employee shareholding fund. Qingdao Haichuangke Management Consultancy Enterprise (Limited Partnership) is a limited partnership established under the laws of the PRC, whose limited partnership interest is ultimately and beneficially owned by multiple Chinese natural persons, all of whom are employees of Haier Group Corporation.
