VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT
LAND ACQUISITION UPDATE
FOR THE ONE MONTH ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2018
China Resources Land Limited (the "Company") is pleased toprovide its shareholders update on land acquisitionscarried out by the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group"), for the one month ended30
September 2018(the "Land Acquisition Update").
In September 2018, the Group acquired 9 land parcels in Ezhou, Harbin, Chengdu, Taiyuan, Guangzhou, Xiamen and Changchun with totalgross floor area ("GFA") of approximately2,704,647 square meters.
The attributable land premium payable by the Group in respect of the relevant land acquisition amounted to approximately RMB5,524 million.
Details of the Group's land acquisitions in 2018 are set out in below table for reference:
