VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

LAND ACQUISITION UPDATE

FOR THE ONE MONTH ENDED 31 AUGUST 2018

China Resources Land Limited (the "Company") is pleased toprovide its shareholders update on land acquisitionscarried out by the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group"), for the one month ended31

August 2018(the "Land Acquisition Update").

In August 2018, the Group acquired 15 land parcels in Nanchang, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Zhaoqing, Shenyang, Qingdao, Shanghai, Fuyang, Huizhou, Harbin, Nanning and Taian with total gross floor area("GFA") of approximately4,272,937 square meters. The attributable land premium payable by the Group in respect of the relevant land acquisition amounted to approximately RMB15,512 million.
