Southern Energy Holdings Group Limited, formerly China Unienergy Group Limited, is an investment holding company. The Company and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in extraction and sale of anthracite coal in the People's Republic of China. The main product of the Company, anthracite coal, is sold to trading companies and individuals. Also the Company sold coal bed methane. The Company and its subsidiaries are holding the mining rights of four anthracite coal mines located in Guizhou Province in China. Three out of the four anthracite coal mines, namely Lasu Coal Mine, Weishe Coal Mine and Luozhou Coal Mine are in commercial production and the remaining one, Tiziyan Coal Mine is under development.
