FUZHOU, China, May 25 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China Yida Holding Company (Nasdaq: CNYD) ("China Yida" or the "Company"), a leading diversified entertainment enterprise in China, today announced that the Company has appointed BDO China Li Xin Da Hua CPA Co., Ltd., a BDO Member Firm ("BDO China") as its new independent auditor, effective May 20, 2010, replacing Kabani & Co., to begin providing services for the second quarter of 2010.

The decision to change accountants was approved by China Yida's audit committee.

China Yida and Kabani & Co. had no disagreements from the time of the initial engagement to its dismissal, on any matters of accounting principle or practice, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure for the audited financials for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2009 and 2008, and subsequent interim period ended March 31, 2010.
