The team at Churchill are proud to be involved in London's Brigade on Tooley Street - a unique restaurant and training concept coordinated by the Beyond Food Foundation.

Open to the public, Brigade is a social enterprise designed to help the homeless or those affected by homelessness to develop the skills and motivation needed to find employment in the hospitality industry. Apprentices train in real kitchens, serving to paying customers with all profits reinvested back into the scheme.

When developing the 100 cover brasserie, bar and cook school Chef Simon Boyle, the mastermind behind the project began looking for the very best products to serve Brigade's classic British dishes and approached Churchill as the perfect fit for partnership. Churchill were delighted to support this venture and provided the Studio Prints and Stonecast collections.

Speaking at a recent sponsors event Simon stated ' We are a social enterprise. Every penny profit goes to our charity Beyond Food Foundation to inspire and motivate homeless people into meaningful employment with the hospitality industry. I'd like to thank our supporters, any help for a small company trying to make a positive impact on the community is gratefully appreciated
