• The company sponsors a room at the Ronald McDonald House in Barcelona, close to the Vall d'Hebrón Hospital, devoted to provide accommodation to families with ill children needing long-term treatment.

NACEX, the Logista Group parcel and express courier firm, has started collaborating with the Ronald McDonald Foundation, a well known non-profit entity working for families with seriously ill children. Specifically, for over 20 years in Spain, the Foundation provides a 'home out of home' to families with children with long-term diseases through the Ronald McDonald Houses, offering to freely live in these houses during the children's treatment.

Through its collaboration, NACEX sponsors a room at the Ronald McDonald House in Barcelona, located close to the Vall d'Hebrón Hospital. This house has 15 rooms for families and several common areas. The aim is allowing these kids under treatment to have a usual life, while receiving medical treatment, as it has been proven that being with one's family or relating with other children out of the hospital very favourably influences their recovery.

Also, every year a Charity Dinner is organized to celebrate the Ronald McDonald House in Barcelona and raise funds to keep the House's important works.

This initiative adds to NACEX's solid commitment to causes for the unfavoured, one of its Corporate Social Responsibility pillars, particularly to those initiatives fighting diseases.
