The Board of Directors of First Sponsor Group Limited ("Company") refers to the announcement dated 25 November 2019 issued by the Company in relation to the Subscription of units in ICD SB Pitt Street Trust ("Trust") and shares in ICD SB Pitt Street Pty Ltd ("Trustee").

The Board wishes to announce that the Subscription was completed on 15 January 2020. The Estimated Aggregate Subscription Price for the Subscription Units and the aggregate Nominal Share Price for the Subscription Shares subscribed by FSAP5 amounted to a total of approximately A$17.9 million (approximately S$16.7 million1).

Following completion of the Subscription, the Company indirectly holds 39.9% of the units in the Trust and 39.9% of the shares in the Trustee and the Trustee has become a 39.9%-owned associated company of the Company.
