Reference is made to the announcement of the Issuer dated 4 October 2019 in relation to the redemption of the Securities (''Announcement''). Capitalised terms used in this announcement that are not otherwise defined have the meaning given to them in the Announcement.

Pursuant to Condition 6(b) of the Terms and Conditions of the Securities, the Issuer redeemed all of the outstanding Securities on 7 November 2019 (being the First Call Date) at their principal amount together with any Distribution accrued to such date (including any Arrears of Distribution and any Additional Distribution Amount).

As of the date of this announcement, there are no outstanding Securities in issue. Accordingly, the Issuer has applied to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the withdrawal of the listing of the Securities. Such withdrawal of listing is expected to become effective upon the close of business on 15 November 2019.
