Application has been made to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the ''Stock Exchange'') for the listing of, and permission to deal in, the Securities by way of debt issues to professional investors* only pursuant to the Offering Circular dated 23 October 2019 by the Issuer. The listing of and permission to deal in the Securities on the Stock Exchange is expected to become effective on or about 7 November 2019.
