Cobham plc (the 'Company') announces that on 25 March 2019 it granted deferred bonus plan ordinary shares at a deemed price of 1.1128pence for the benefit of the PDMRs listed below, in respect of their compulsory deferral of an element of their annual cash incentive payment.

The shares are held in Trust for the benefit of the participants and will be released on 25 March 2022 subject to continued employment.
