Dear all,

Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Holdings Inc.

Announcement Regarding the Damage from 2019 Typhoon Hagibis

Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Holdings Inc. (CCBJH) group would like to express our sympathy and condolences to those who have suffered from 2019 Typhoon Hagibis

We have confirmed the safety of our workforce and at present received no reports of injuries among employees and their families.

As for our facilities, we sustained flooding at Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan's Okegawa Office (in Okegawa City, Saitama), and thus we are conducting the business at other offices.

While the damage to our sales offices are minor, our Customer Contact Centers may have difficulties connecting the telephone calls, and there have been some delivery delays in certain areas. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience that these situations may have caused to our customers and consumers.

We would like to also note that there has been no damage at the manufacturing sites of our company and subsidiaries.

We have been offering I LOHAS and other beverage products to local communities and governments upon their request, and we will continue to provide support by working closely with them.

End
