Comdirect bank : Frauke Hegemann now Chief Operations Officer at comdirect

In addition to the areas of Customer Management and Human Resources, Ms Hegemann is responsible for Legal, Data Protection & Organisation, Information Security & Outsourcing Management, and Building Finance & Provisioning. She is also a member of the Supervisory Boards of ebase GmbH and onvista AG.

Ms Hegemann has been at comdirect since April 2018. In the capacity of Chief Representative, she has already been fulfilling her remit as a member designate of the Board of Managing Directors. The qualified banking professional previously held various management and leadership roles at Commerzbank. Before joining comdirect, she was Divisional Manager of the Private Investors & Family Offices Germany business unit. Prior to that, she led the Media and Institutional Customers industry teams at Commerzbank's Corporate Banking division in Hamburg.
