4.000% Senior Notes due 2029

We are offering $ aggregate principal amount of our 4.000% senior notes due 2029 (the "notes"). The notes offered hereby constitute a further issuance of, and will be consolidated and form a single series with, the $350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.000% Senior Notes due 2029 issued on February 1, 2019 (the "previously issued notes"). The notes will have the same terms and conditions as the previously issued notes, except for the initial offering price. The notes will have the same CUSIP number and will trade interchangeably with the previously issued notes

immediately upon settlement. The issuance of the notes will increase the aggregate principal amount of the notes of this series to $

We will pay interest on the notes on February 1 and August 1 of each year, beginning on February 1, 2020. The notes will mature on February 1,

2029. The notes are redeemable, in whole or in part, at any time on and after November 3, 2028 at 100% of the principal amount of the notes to be redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but not including, the redemption date. See "Description of the Notes-Optional Redemption."

The notes will be our unsecured and unsubordinated obligations and will rank equally among themselves and with all of our other unsecured and unsubordinated indebtedness from time to time outstanding. The notes will not be guaranteed by any of our subsidiaries.

The notes will be issued only in registered book-entry form, in minimum denominations of $2,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof.
