Through the subsidiary Oxford Comercio e Participacoes SA, it is also involved in the manufacture and marketing of fabrics, which are mainly used in apparel products, including sportswear, professional uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE). As of April 19, 2012, Wembley SA was the major shareholder of the Company, with 22.03% of total number of shares.
