CompuGroup Medical Societas Europaea : Change in the Management Board of CompuGroup Medical

Uwe Eibich, member of the Management Board of CompuGroup Medical SE and member of the Management Board of CGM Deutschland AG, will resign from office at his request with effect from 31 December 2019.

Uwe Eibich has been involved in the success story of CompuGroup Medical (CGM) since 1998 and has significantly contributed to the positive development of the company.

'Uwe Eibich has decisively supported the success of CGM, which has developed into one of the world's leading companies in Healthcare IT,' says Dr. Klaus Esser, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, in praise of Eibich's many years of achievements. 'Thanks to his commitment to the telematics infrastructure, CGM today is ideally positioned to take advantage of the great opportunities offered by digitization in the German healthcare system. On behalf of the Supervisory Board, I would like to thank Uwe Eibich for his outstanding commitment over many years and wish him every success in the future.'

He remembers his contribution to the development of the telematics infrastructure in Germany as one of the highlights of his career at CGM. 'One does not forget joint successes. This is why I would always like to remain amicably connected to CGM,' summarizes Uwe Eibich.
