S.C. Concefa S.A. informs its shareholders that the Annual Report on 31/12/2014, prepared in compliance with the requirements of the Regulation no.1/2006 of the National Securities Commission is at their disposal starting with April
28th, 2015 on the company website,www.concefa.ro, section Shareholders > Financial reports.
The print version of the Quarterly Report can also be obtained from company's headquarters situated in 59, Henri Coanda street, Sibiu.
The Report has been submitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange and to the National Securities Commission, in accordance with the Romanian legislation.
