Cosmo Energy : Announcement of Changes in Group Structure (Effective from April 1, 2020)

Cosmo Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. announces the partial change in its group structure and affiliate company to be in effective from April 1, 2020.

1. Changes to departments
   (1)IT Strategy Department
   In order to conduct high level implementation of the IT strategy, IT governance, cutting edge Information technology utilization, and the reconfiguration of the core system within the Cosmo Energy Group, the current IT System Department will be constructively re-grouped to form the IT Strategy Department.
   (2)Sustainability Initiative Department
   In order to achieve sustainable growth for the company and to implement further sustainability in corporate management accordingly from the perception of ESG, the current CSR Management Department will be constructively re-grouped to form the Sustainability Initiative Department
2. Reorganization of affiliate company
   In order to build a corporate structure to execute further enhanced initiatives in the field of IT, Cosmo Energy Systems Co., Ltd. will be merged to Cosmo Energy Holdings Co., Ltd. on April 1, 2020.
