The 12th July, Covivio was awarded the "Grand Prix Spécial du Jury" (Jury's Special Grand Prize) at the ceremony of the "Grand Prix de l'Assemblée Générale 2018" (2018 General Meeting Grand Prize) held within the scope of the International Financial Forum of Paris EUROPLACE.

Created in 2005, the Grand Prix de l'Assemblée Générale is coordinated by the Institut du Capitalisme Responsable (Institute for Responsible Capitalism). Its purpose is to encourage and showcase companies' best AGM practices in terms of shareholder dialogue, governance and CSR, by stressing the importance of presenting these aspects to their shareholders in a clear and comprehensible way.

The Grand Prix de l'Assemblée Générale targets the General Meetings of all companies in France's CAC 40 index and 20 companies in its SBF 80 index.

"Covivio's financial and non-financial communications are guided by the principles of quality and transparency. Our teams' goal is to disseminate the most reliable and most comprehensive information on a daily basis and at our General Meetings. This prize thus acknowledges the efforts made over numerous years, in particular concerning CSR, and our ability to implement the best reporting practices", adds Covivio Chief Operating Officer Yves Marque.
