(“CBA”) (Nasdaq: BREW) announced today that it has rescheduled its fourth quarter and full year 2016 earnings release and conference call to allow additional time to complete the audit of the Company’s financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2016. CBA is allowing more time for the independent audit in light of changes in its contractual relationship with Anheuser-Busch announced in the third quarter of 2016.

The investor conference call will now take place on March 13, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. PDT. During the call, Chief Executive Officer Andy Thomas, Chief Financial Officer Joe Vanderstelt, Chief Marketing Officer Ken Kunze, and Chief Operating Officer Scott Mennen will discuss the Company’s financial results and summarize the annual report on Form 10-K to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission after the market close on the same day.
