Die Credit Suisse hat den zweiten und letzten Schritt des am 25. Juni 2019 angekündigten Zusammenschlusses ihrer offenen B2B-Anlagefonds-Plattform Credit Suisse InvestLab AG mit der Allfunds Group erfolgreich abgeschlossen.

Nach Abschluss des ersten Schritts zum Zusammenschluss von Credit Suisse InvestLab AG mit der Allfunds Group am 6. September 2019 hat die Credit Suisse nun die Übertragung der entsprechenden Vertriebsvereinbarungen erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Nach Abschluss dieses zweiten und letzten Schritts hält die Credit Suisse nun einen Anteil von 18 % an dem zusammengeschlossenen Unternehmen und wird im Verwaltungsrat vertreten sein.

Die Credit Suisse International fungierte im Zusammenhang mit dieser Transaktion als Financial Advisor für die Credit Suisse.
