CROOZ, Inc. (headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Koji Obuchi; hereafter 'CROOZ') has announced a decision to invest in the online travel business as part of its new business investment strategy to create second and third core businesses. CROOZ is to acquire all shares in Travel Online Co., Ltd. ('Travel Online') and enter the online travel business as a group. The acquisition of Travel Online is an M&A transaction based on the policy announced on October 13, 2016 to accelerate M&A for business expansion.
