PROFIT GUIDANCE FOR THE FIRST QUARTER ENDED 30 JUNE 2016

The Board of Directors of CSC Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that based on the preliminary review of the draft unaudited consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended 30 June 2016 ("1QFY17"), the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the "Group") is expected to report a net loss for 1QFY17.

Further details of the Group's performance will be disclosed when the Company announces its results for 1QFY17.

Shareholders are advised to act cautiously when dealing with their shares in the Company and when doing so should consider the financial results of the Group for 1QFY17.
