(Stock Code: 1363) ACQUISITION OF SHARES BY CONTROLLING SHAREHOLDER

The board of directors (the "Board") of CT Environmental Group Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company was informed by Mr. Tsui Cham To ("Mr. Tsui"), an executive director and the chairman of the Company, that Mr. Tsui acquired 2,000,000 shares and 2,000,000 shares of the Company from the market on

14 September 2017 and 15 September 2017, respectively, through Keen Vast Holdings Limited ("Keen Vast"), a controlling shareholder of the Company and a company controlled by Mr. Tsui.

Following such acquisitions, Mr. Tsui is deemed to be interested in an aggregate of 3,495,086,000 shares of the Company (out of which 3,494,980,000 shares were held indirectly through Keen Vast, and 106,000 shares were held directly by Mr. Tsui), and representing approximately 55.33% of the existing issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement.
