Notice on the Voluntary Application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

At a Board of Directors meeting held on May 23, 2018, CYBERDYNE, INC. (the "Company") resolved to voluntarily apply International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS"), instead of the existing Japanese GAAP, for the Company's consolidated financial statements, starting with the Securities Report for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2018 (14th Term) as below.

The Company decided to voluntarily apply IFRS to the CYBERDYNE Group with the aim of improving the international comparability of our financial information in the capital markets and strengthening our business foundations by unifying accounting standards throughout the Group.

Regarding the Consolidated Financial Results (Tanshin) for the Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2018 and consolidated financial statements under the Companies Act, the company has applied Japanese GAAP as before.
