In the framework of the liquidity contract (see press release dated 16 March 2015), D'Ieteren announces today that it has bought on Euronext Brussels 4,354 shares during the period between 6 to 12 March 2019. During the same period, D'Ieteren has sold 4,506 shares.

The total number of own shares held by D'Ieteren reached 1,236,330 on 11 March 2019. The total number of ordinary shares equals 55,302,620.
