ELECTION OF BEN KESWICK AS DIRECTOR AND CHAIRMAN OF YONGHUI SUPERSTORES

20 December 2018 - Dairy Farm International Holdings Limited is pleased to announce that Mr. Ben Keswick, the Group Managing Director of Jardine Matheson and the Chairman and Managing Director of Dairy Farm, has been elected as a Director and Chairman of Yonghui Superstores Co., Ltd. ("Yonghui") with effect from today.

Mr. Keswick's election follows the approval by the Yonghui shareholders and Board of the creation of a new Rotating Chairman board position. Mr. Keswick will also take up the position of Chairman of the Board's Strategy Committee. The previous Chairman of Yonghui, Zhang Xuansong, will continue to have day-to-day management control of the business in his capacity as Executive Director of Yonghui. Executive, has also been re-elected as a director of Yonghui.

Dairy Farm acquired its 19.99% interest in Yonghui in 2015. Mr. Keswick's election will further strengthen the relationship between Dairy Farm and Yonghui and its founders.
