PDMR notification
On 13 September, Stephen Heapy, a Director of Dart Group plc, who is considered to be a person discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR'), exercised options over 25,000 ordinary shares which were granted under the Dart Group plc Approved Share Option Plan 2005 and the Dart Group plc Unapproved Share Option Plan 2005. Each of the options was granted on 5 August 2005 and has an exercise price of 67.0p per share.
On the same date, Stephen Heapy transferred 25,000 ordinary shares (being the ordinary shares acquired on exercise of such options) to his wife, Tracy Heapy, who is a person closely associated to Stephen Heapy.
