Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Data Respons ASA (the 'Company') on 10 October 2018 concerning the acquisition of shares in IT Sonix custom development GmbH and XPURE GmbH.

As required by Section 3.5 of the Continuing Obligations for Stock Exchange Listed Companies (the 'Continuing Obligations'), an Information Memorandum relating to the acquisition has been prepared by the Company. The Information Memorandum was approved by the Oslo Stock Exchange on 20 November 2018.
