Update on COVID-19 outbreak:

new governmental decree dated March 22nd

In accordance with the latest governmental decree dated March 22nd, introducing stricter measures on industrial and production activities in the Italian territory, the De' Longhi Group informs that the production activities of the Italian factory have been stopped, while the factory's current warehousing and shipping activities will be completed and stopped within the date of March 25 (as required by article 1, par.4 of the decree).

The Chinese and Romanian plants, as well as all international logistic and distribution activities, are not affected by the above mentioned regulation and are operating business as usual.

As to the Italian headquarters, all managerial and corporate functions will continue to operate in smart-working mode, so as to support and coordinate the activities of the Group worldwide and to guarantee business continuity at best.

The Group will continue to closely monitor the situation and its implications for the dynamics of the markets and the consumers' demand, so as to identify all possible solutions to support and preserve the business in the next months, while waiting for the situation to be normalized.
