Milano, 4 dicembre 2018 - DeA Capital S.p.A., a seguito della rinuncia, in data 8 novembre 2018, da parte di De Agostini S.p.A. al diritto di voto maggiorato sul 50% delle azioni possedute - ossia relativamente a n. 89.397.899 azioni ordinarie DeA Capital S.p.A., comunica, ai sensi dell'art. 127-quinquies del T.u.f., dell'art. 85-bis, del Regolamento Emittenti Consob e in applicazione di quanto previsto dallo statuto sociale, i dati relativi alle azioni in circolazione e al numero di diritti di voto esercitabili dalla data odierna.

Milan, 4 December 2018 - DeA Capital S.p.A., following the waiver by the majority shareholder De Agostini S.p.A. of 50% of the double voting rights on nr. 89,397,899 DeA Capital S.p.A. ordinary shares hereby announces, pursuant article 127--quinquies of Legislative Decree n. 58 of 24 February 1998, article 85-bis, of Consob Regulation implementing Italian Legislative Decree No. 58 of 24 February 1998 and pursuant the Company by-Laws, the total amount of the current Ordinay Shares and the total amount of the voting rights exercisable starting from today.
