DGAP-News: Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG / Key word(s): Acquisition Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG acquires a portfolio of properties in Remscheid and Freisen Rostock, 04/02/2019 - The Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG (ISIN DE000A2G9LL1) had the first notarisation this year for a portfolio with locations in Remscheid and Freisen (Saarland) for a total purchase price of EUR 15.4 million. The Light Industrial portfolio consists of three properties. Two objects are located in Remscheid, North Rhine-Westphalia and one is located in Freisen, Saarland. All properties are production sites of the same tenant. Overall, the portfolio has a property area of approx. 187,000 sqm and a rental area of approx. 72,000 sqm. The WALT for all locations is 5.8 years. The annualised total rent for all three locations is EUR 1.5 million. With a total investment of EUR 15.4 million, the net initial yield is 9.7%. In addition, Deutsche Industrie REIT-AG is currently conducting further negotiations on the acquisition of properties.
