Bonn, February 18, 2020: DHL Supply Chain,global market leader for contract logistics solutions and division of Deutsche Post DHL Group, has been certified as "Top Employer Europe" for the first time. According to the Top Employers Institute, the division attained top scores in the categories Talent Strategy, Career & Succession Management, as well as Leadership Development. DHL Supply Chain's commitment to continuously strive for excellent working conditions has been recognized in seven participating countries in Europe including: Belgium, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, the UK and Ireland.

In order to retain employees for the long term, DHL Supply Chain has developed various programs to enhance career development and personal engagement. In a multi-step audit spanning 600 aspects of human resources, companies are evaluated with regard to the future-oriented approach they pursue in their HR strategy and processes. The certification process consists of an extensive survey including a third-party audit. Companies that attain Top Employer certification are recognized for exemplifying best practices in their respective industries.
